A classic formation of golden barite from Peru shows gemmy, blocky crystals that make a cubist flower formation. The crystals overlap and have habit unique to the area with beveled corners aligned on the sides. The color zones add intensity to the piece which is also colorful in UV light. It stands up and off of a well crystallized dolomite matrix that is dusted with tiny gray sulfides
